Our service includes:

Move In

Once your tenant is found we will handle all the referencing and contracts without charging you or your prospective tenant any fees. We will advise on and can help organise gas and electric reports, inventories, insurance and any other legally required or prudent pre-tenancy steps. Our landlords can choose whether to lodge the deposit with an approved scheme or we can register it and they control it themselves.

Manage

Once your tenant has moved in we do not charge fees for arranging small maintenance jobs or any other administrative work, While we endeavour to always squeeze every penny possible for our landlords, sometimes maintenance is required. Our sales and build experience creates a unique synergy helping us to reduce your costs while advising on the best long-term strategy.

 

 

Marketing, move in and management is charged 12% with no VAT payable. 

Management of ongoing tenancies or renewals are charged at 10% with no VAT payable.
