The dodgy reputation of High Street estate agents is not undeserved. Their fees are high and often the level of service they provide is not. They used to have a monopoly on selling or renting properties. The internet has changed this; people don't just register with a local high street agent and wait to be shown properties. They go online and find the right property themselves.

Marketing

We like to shout about our properties and know how to give them the widest possible exposure. However, if soft, quiet marketing is preferred, and often with development or high profile property this is the best route, we can reach out to our existing network. In this case we will be paid by our retained clients allowing you to gross 100% of your sale price.

We offer:

  • A valuation report

  • Consultation on the most appropriate marketing strategy

  • Advice on how best to present your property, calling on designers if needed

  • Free photography and floorplans

  • Financial projections if the property has investment potential

  • Expert listing and management across all the major portals

  • Unique outdoor signage and press if required

Negotiation

We estimate over a 150 million pounds are lost every year by property sellers through agents failing to maximise the price. We pride ourselves on using the nuances of negotiation to guide our buyers to the asking price. This means you achieve the maximum price available for your property in the current market.

Progressing Your Sale

35% of agreed sales by estate agents fall through due to a our arcane property laws and poor management. We have one experienced and effective point of contact for all parties.  This ensures that this person knows everything there is to know about the property and the sale the moment it happens.

For single unit sales, we charge 1.5%.

For multiple unit sales, we can offer a bespoke fee structure.
